We accept most insurance plans, including the following:
We do not accept the following insurance:
- Medicaid
- Denver Health Medicaid
- Kaiser HMO
We are also participating providers with Medicare and accept new Medicare patients.
IMPORTANT: We ask that our patients understand their benefit packages because once we bill your insurance company; we all become committed to the prices listed on the Explanation of Benefits. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you comprehend your coverage because you will be held liable for any charges that are rejected because of a contractual misunderstanding.
