Provident is seeking outstanding Primary Care Physicians to join our Patient Centered Medical Home team of providers. The ideal physician would have excellent credentials and be patient-focused. This is an opportunity for an excellent Primary Care Physician to practice with a group of superb colleagues as part of an outstanding primary care team.

We currently have opportunities in at our existing clinics in South Denver (next to Swedish Medical Center and North suburban (next to St. Anthony North Hospital).
